Warranty Policy for Purchases Without Proof of Purchase

We understand that retaining proof of purchase is not always easy. To protect your rights while ensuring fairness in our warranty service, we have established the following guidelines for cases where valid order information cannot be provided:

1. Recommended First Step – Contact the Original Seller

If you are unable to provide an order number or proof of purchase, we recommend that you first contact the original seller or point of purchase to obtain the order information. A valid proof of purchase helps us quickly verify your product‘s warranty status and provide you with a smoother service experience.


2. Serial Number Verification

If you are genuinely unable to obtain order information from the original seller or point of purchase, you may still provide the product serial number (SN) for verification purposes. We will use the serial number to confirm that the product is a genuine Laifen product and to identify its production batch.

Once verified, we will calculate the remaining warranty period based on the product’s manufacturing date and its original standard warranty term, with an additional 3-month grace period added to account for typical transit and distribution time.

For purchases without order information but meeting regional product specifications, the warranty period shall be calculated as follows:
Calculation Formula: [Manufacturing Date] + [Original Standard Warranty Term of the Product] + [3-Month Grace Period]


3. Warranty Scope and Limitations

  • Products that pass serial number verification and fall within the calculated warranty period (as defined by the formula above) are eligible for standard warranty services.
  • Products with serial numbers that cannot be verified, are missing, altered, defaced, damaged, or do not match the product itself shall not be eligible for warranty services.
  • Warranty services are valid only within the sales region where the product was originally distributed. Products purchased outside the applicable region may not eligible for local warranty services.
Important Note:
To ensure your after-sales rights, we recommend keeping your order information or proof of purchase in a safe place after receiving your product, so that you may enjoy a faster and more convenient warranty experience. This policy is intended to help clarify our commercial after-sales process for customers who are unable to provide proof of purchase. It does not limit, replace, or otherwise affect any statutory or legal rights you may have under the laws applicable in your country or region of residence.
