Laifen offers a 2-year limited warranty on the electric shavers (excluding the shaver head). Within two years from the date of purchase, if your appliance fails to function properly due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide repair or replacement services. Please note that depending on the availability of stock, the replacement may come in a different color or be an equivalent model. The warranty is valid only in the country or region of purchase.

 

Laifen’s Limited Warranty does not override your statutory rights under local consumer laws. Coverage may differ based on regional legal requirements.


 

What is not covered under warranty:

 

  • · Shaver Head
  • · Purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • · Appliances without a valid proof of purchase.
  • · Appliances that have been modified, altered, or repaired through unofficial channels.
  • · Appliances that were used for any purpose other than shaving.
  • · For professional or commercial use.
  • · Damage caused by operations that are not in accordance with the Laifen User Manual.
  • · Damage caused by any misuse or accident.
  • · Damage caused by excessive usage that is not normal wear and tear.
  • · Damage or loss of the charging port waterproof silicone plug.
  • · Screen/glass breakage caused by external factors.
  • · Product aging and wear caused by normal use, which do not affect the proper functioning of the product (e.g., natural consumption of components such as blades and batteries, normal wear and tear).

Great Packaging, premium shipping. The shaver is such a piece of art in my opinion. Elegant and well-designed, but there are always ways to make it better, as the slipperiness might be a bit of problem when holding such heavy device over the faucet.

I already had a Braun series 9 something pro for several years which I ended up barely using since I still had to be very careful not to nick my face with it. Also charging was inconvenient (proprietary cable), device is bulky, and in general the 99% plastic construction feels cheap despite actually being priced as a premium device. I actually ended up just going back to normal razors. The Laifen is (for me) the better pick on all counts. Portable, premium, universal charging (usb-C), convenient, and compact. Also so far not a single scratch or nick. Brilliant device.

I have attached a photo of my Laifen P3 Pro Vs. my old shaver, a Panasonic Arc 3. The Laifen shaves smoother and more quickly than the Panasonic and it cuts better, too. It's also quieter. It feels very solid in my hand when shaving and generally. Both the body and the head are solid aluminium. My beard is 55 years old so it can be quite tough at times to shave but the Laifen just eats it up. I am very impressed with it and I have had several shavers in my lifetime, including Remington, Phillishave, Braun and Panasonic. The Laifen knocks all of them into a cocked hat as far as I am concerned, for build, asthetics and shaving.

I have been shaving my head with a Braun series 9 for several years and was totally fed up with brauns poor build quality. However the Braun series 9 shaves exceptionally well, which I have become accustomed to. However I will never return to Braun because of the low quality build. I have experienced them fall apart an eventually break and their waterproof claim is false. The Laifen pro 3 is a closer shave compared to the Braun series 9, but it’s considerably more work to get that closer shave. I spend approx 15 minutes maybe longer with the laifen and around 5 max ten minutes with the Braun. The build quality in the Laifen appears higher in quality than the Braun but only time will tell. I’m very pleased with the Laifen and am willing to take the time to shave with it.

Nice and compact shaver. Super quiet and very well made and designed. I haven't had an electric shaver for many years but this really speeds things up when you just want to have a quick shave to take away that one day shadow. It has a very 'premium' feel whilst being very simple to use. I'll be looking at their toothbrushes next!

The shaver as it is very good. High quality of materials, feels fine in hands. The fact is it is not for my beard. Frankly speaking, it was my last hope before laser decision as I am not a fan of even corrections if they are not necessary. However, I did not get the result I expected. The shaver copes with cheeks and upper beard and moustache zones, no irritation, perfect. And it fails on the neck under my chin as the direction of hairs grow is chaotic and the shaver brings no result there.
