Warranty Description


SHUYE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (“Laifen”) provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty for all Laifen machines, with the 2-year parts and labor warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase or delivery receipt, whichever is later and verifiable with valid proof.

This warranty applies only to products originally purchased from Laifen and free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. Laifen reserves the right to update, amend, and/or revise the terms of this warranty.

International Warranty Information

Warranty is valid only in the country or region (as shown on your proof of purchase) where the product was originally purchased.

Garantieclaims voor kwaliteitsgerelateerde problemen

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Laifen are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase or delivery receipt, whichever is later and verifiable with valid proof.

Laifen's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise, a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Laifen will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Proces

  • Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Laifen must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
  • Het serienummer van het defecte artikel en/of zichtbaar bewijs van het defect zijn vereist.
  • Het kan nodig zijn om een artikel te retourneren voor kwaliteitscontrole.
  • For defective items that Laifen needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Laifen or if the defective item is not returned.

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address to which the item was originally shipped to).

Valt niet onder de garantie

  • Producten zonder voldoende aankoopbewijs
  • Aankopen van niet-erkende wederverkopers
  • Verloren of gestolen producten
  • Items waarvan de garantieperiode is verlopen
  • Niet-kwaliteitsgerelateerde problemen (na 30 dagen na levering)
  • Gratis producten
  • Reparaties door derden
  • Schade van buitenaf
  • Schade door verkeerd gebruik van producten (inclusief, maar niet beperkt tot: vallen, extreme temperaturen, water en onjuist gebruik van apparaten)

Warranty for Refurbished Items

Refurbished products sold by Laifen are covered by a 6-month limited warranty.The warranty period starts from the date of delivery. All other terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of this warranty shall apply to refurbished products in the same manner.
